Created in collaboration with designer Charlotte Taylor during the spring of the first Covid lockdown, Villa Saraceni emerged as a digital dream at a time when people longed to travel but could not. Set along the Sicilian coastline of Scala dei Turchi, the project envisioned an imagined retreat seamlessly merging with the organic lines of the landscape, an accessible escape that blurred the boundary between architecture and nature.
